Brilliant service and super fast. Staff really friendly and helpful. I will definitely be using them again. Was issued with an invoice that gave me a price for an advisory problem without asking. I found this to be really good customer service and absolutely no pressure to book in for the work

Friendly helpful staff. Explained clearly what I needed to know and answered all questions. Felt at ease with the staff and confident leaving my car here. Would recommend. Steve is lovely. Will go the extra mile to give you any help or explanation that you need

Following my MOT test my car showed an engine warning light. Staff were happy to check the reason for this, giving me an explanation and reassurance.
Very efficient and helpful. The whole branch had a real customer-focussed culture that was very impressive. Thank you.

Excellent service  - great communication from staff, following my MOT I experienced problems with hand break and wipers - they took the vehicle back in free for a safety check and sorted both, no charge! Excellent service and wonderful staff.

The staff were very helpful and professional at this Autocentre. 
(I was told by another company that I had a leak in my Air Conditioning and it could cost hundreds of pounds to repair!)
However I took it to Halfords for a second opinion - my vehicle was booked in and tested and Halfords said there was No leak. 
Halfords charged me less than the other company (which I found on Groupon) and did an Excellent job. 
Lesson learned : 
Halfords prices are very competitive
Halfords service is professional and thourough. 
I will definitely be using Halfords again in the future
