I went there today to purchase a DAB radio, the lady behind the counter was shuffling some papers, didn't make eye contact despite looking up a couple of times. I stood there waiting a good 5 minutes and still she didn't even acknowledge my presence, she wasn't serving anybody else, there was a huddle of about 5 members of staff near the doors doing nothing. I placed the radio on the counter and walked away, I don't think I've come across anything quite as useless or rude in a retail store before.

Went to purchase a Canon 6D which was on offer and on display. I had to wait for 10 mins just to get a sales assistant's attention one I finally got their attention, I was told there was no box or battery or charger so they weren't allowed to sell it to me!
