The staff dealt with the most obnoxious young woman, with politeness and grace, while she through a hissy fit over forgetting her card by a machine. That she had the staff looking at the wrong machine and, anyway, the card was in her purse the entire time, didn't matter to her as she stormed off. I had to approach the staff to thank them for their patience and restraint... retail is an unforgiving job at the best of times.

I do love this Tesco, so much space, the staff are always friendly and helpful, we use the cafe a lot, the only downside is the amount of students(13) today that were sat in there with their own food, a bit unfair on those paying extra for eating in!
