Very good place to go if you like a leisurely walk along the lake. If you like wildlife it's a nice place to go see them,in the warmer months and when it's dry have a picnic on the grass. There's Facilities for disabled (toilets ) and a cafe and free parking.

Nice 2 mile walk. Very muddy so take wellies! I managed to get a pushchair round but it didn't come back clean! Room on the broom trail was nice. Some parts missing/damaged but didn't detract from a nice walk.

I do not recommend it in rainy🌧 season, it is mud that it's hard to go (do not forget to take wellies)I think my🐕 dog liked it best. Also, a lot of cool figures from wood and birds living in this area.

Lovely morning walk with my son. Jumping in lots of muddy puddles and playing in the play area. Love this place. Definitely worth a visit.

Lots of places to walk or cycle round the lake or through the woods. Good for families, cyclists and people with dogs. Bird hides, an outdoor play area, cafe and information centre that often runs small scale events is on offer most weeks. Free parking and wc facilities. Good disabled facilities.
