Greenhead Park

This is a really nice park and I feel very lucky to have a park like this nearby. Lots of open space and a good play area for the little ones, as well as bowls, tennis courts and skateboard area. Every now and then they have events on which is nice. The only downside is how packed it can get in summer, but that's to be expected.

Huge park, lots of varied scenery, bridges and water features. Fun place for kids to play, lots of play equipment and a choice of places to eat. Has a massive ParkRun contingent

Fantastic park. Pretty much has it all. BTW, don't feed bread to the ducks - it's bad for them and down bread turns their water poisonous. Give them corn, ripped up greens, frozen peas, oats and seeds.

Always lots of things to do so you're never bored. The kids get very excited especially with the fantastic play areas

Been redeveloped recently. Lots of space and good pathways for wheelchair users and prams. New play park, swings etc.
