Andrew Craig were fantastic from the start to the finish in purchasing my new property. All the staff were great, and I'd like to give a special shout out to Nicola who was there on hand with any query I had, she made the whole process a lot less stressful. I would recommend Andrew Craig to anyone.

We just bought our house from Andrew Craig- Lowfell office. Staff were very helpful from viewing to Completion. Answered all our enquiries and was quick in giving feedback. Amazing team at Lowfell- Nicola, Jack and Karen you guys were awesome. Thank you for looking after us all through the purchase. I will surely recommend.

Dont use their recommended solicitor they are useless dont reply to requests made and dont communicate until 4 weeks before your mortgage offer runs out by then there is no time for the paperwork to be done. They then had the cheek to ring us up and tell us the house had been re-listed for sale and 'sorry this one didnt work out better luck next time' which when you wait 5 months for any communacation from their recommended solicitor to then find out it wont be done in time is abit of a kick in the teeth. Will certainly be avoiding in the future, useless.

Sold my property through the Lowfell branch. Nicola was very helpful and kept me updated throughout the process. Fees were very competitive.

We had an offer accepted on our first home together back in August 2021. However, due to the property being in probate it was a long wait. Jack at Andrew Craig Low Fell was amazing and was the only person in the chain who seemed to keep us updated and who chased the sale. We couldn’t be more thankful to him and are happy to be finally be collecting our keys today after 7 months with lots of excitement! On arrival to collect our keys Jack even provided a gift as a congratulations to us. Amazing service!!

Professional and Courteous service from all the team. Jack was superb throughout with his constant communication and would always ensure he got an answer for anything we might have raised. Photos taken of the property were excellent and we sold within a few days of going up for sale. Would not hesitate to use Andrew Craig again.

Faultless from start to finish. It was extremely difficult moving from a family home I’d lived in for nearly 50 years but Jack and the team were understanding, empathetic and very patient. I was regularly contacted with updates and always spoken to in a helpful and friendly manner even when some of my questions may have sounded rather silly! Thank you to all at Andrew Craig for making my move less stressful and emotional than I thought it may be. I will definitely be recommending you to others.

Outstanding level of professionalism  and customer relations. Kept me in the loop with my house at all times, and helped guide me through what would otherwise have been a tricky sale to a more than satisfactory conclusion. Highly recommended!
