Absolutely no problem in recommending this company. Kerry is a true star who is professional, polite, honest and has kept me up to date with negotiations on a property that they are selling on behalf of a customer. It is refreshing to find such an honest person and company in a time where, lets face it, the English house buying (gazumping!) system is completely flawed! Greenwood Johnson make it just that bit easier which instills confidence at a time of great stress!

We have rented through Greenwood Johnson for about a year and I can say they were excellent agency. No issues with move in or getting deposit back. Shame we had to leave them because of the horrible neighbours. Definitely recommended!

Greenwood Johnson are a fantastic agent. We rented a house through them for two years, and I can honestly say they are the best agent we have ever used. Any problems are rectified immediately, and the ladies who work for GJ are really lovely. I would not hesitate to use Greenwood Johnson again if I was renting, but also if I was a landlord or rented properties out in the Gateshead/Newcastle area, Greenwood Johnson would be my first choice.

We chose Greenwood Johnson after being impressed by Ian's professionalism and infectious enthusiasm at our valuation meeting. From that point on, Greenwood Johnson's small team provided us with exceptional service. The photography and marketing for our house was done with a real sense of flair and a proceedable offer was secured within a fortnight. Throughout the sale, we had one point of contact and she was superb. Kerry was always easy to reach, provided prompt responses to queries and calls and was just a very nice person to deal with. Selling a house can be extremely stressful, (ours was a complicated process taking 5 months) so choose agents who you are going to be happy working so closely with. I hope they go on to have great success because they are offering something different and doing it very well.
