I can highly recommend Your Move Low Fell branch and especially Alex Ventura for the excellent service he provided when completing a valuation for my elderly parents property. He was very professional and made the effort to take his time explaining the process and sharing his well informed knowledge of the current housing market. Alex reassured my parents throughout the valuation and put them at ease, with no pressure to make a snap decision what so ever! This was much appreciated by myself as they were both quite nervous prior to his visit. We are still discussing the feasibility of moving but will have no hesitation in choosing Your Move Low Fell to market the property when ready. Also thanks to Chris Stonock and Rachel for all their assistance in booking the appointments.

After using the app to book a house viewing Marica got in contact with me and took down my budget and the areas i was interested in. A short while later she had booked me into seeing 3 homes all in the area i was after and on the same day. I was meet by Linda on the Saturday. She showed me each property was honest along with giving me a wealth of knowledge of the area and what it had to offer me. I went ahead with a property i saw and was run through the procedure by Laura who took the time to explain what each cost would entail and the documentation i would need to complete the deposit and secure the home. 

Great service and all done with a smile by three professional ladies thank you Marica, Linda and Laura

Marcia and the team at Low Fell were fab. I viewed a rental property with Rachel and wanted to take the property. I spoke with all of them on the phone making sure I had everything before I came in to make the application. Come move in day Marcia explained all the move in paperwork and what everything meant. Alex and Haley were also really accommodating making me a brew, and making what felt like a stressful day an absolute dream. I love my new home and how all stress free it was! Thanks guys!!! Definitely would recommend!!!! 😊

The lettings department in Low Fell are fantastic. Jess and the team helped me through my referencing and even at times when I thought I wasn't going to be able to get the property due to previous credit issues the team were fantastic and really calmed me down. Safe to say they found a way to help me and I'm moving in within the week. Extremely professional and attentive!
