An amazing experience! We have used Andrew Craig Low Fell not only to purchase our new home but also as we found them to be so helpful, we decided to sell/rent our old property with them. Georgia is a stickler for attention to detail and getting a successful resolution, keeping you updated at every point of the process. She is a polite, friendly and amenable individual with a vast array of contacts and skills. We are now working with Jill in rentals and also Michelle (who must be sick of answering the phone to me by now!). All very friendly and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team to anyone! Well done and keep up the good work!

Absolutely brilliant from initially renting out my flat and then again when it came to selling it. Kept me up to date throughout the process and were very supportive of the price I wanted for the property (other local agents were actively trying to undervalue it). Fees were very reasonable compared to other agencies. The photos taken represented the property well and we ended up also getting a video tour. Laura was an absolute star throughout the process and made what is always a stressful experience much more manageable.

Great company and staff. Firstly Laura was amazing and helped us find our perfect first home, she was very friendly and helped through each stage. We also used Georgia who again was fab and couldn’t of helped more with our mortgage application. They kept us in the loop through out so we new where we were at each stage. Definitely recommend them both. Thanks again!

Fantastic service - Georgia, who has been assisting with our purchasing of a new property, is friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and always willing to accommodate us outside of normal business hours. The advice she has given throughout our dealings with her has been very particular to our circumstances, treating us as individuals rather than a generic commission, and she has, and continues to, displayed exceptional customer service at all times.

We have used Georgia Taylor twice now for arranging our mortgages for us she is very professional and thorough and she kept us updated throughout the entire process she will be our mortgage advisor forever now wouldnt go anywhere else shes a brilliant Mortgage Advisor a pleasure to do business with.
