We had a great time, my wife struggles with mobility but the venue was well catered for her disability.  The manager was polite and professional and very helpful, a true gentleman.  Karen was working the main desk, lanes AND the drinks bar, that's a lady who's a pro at her job.  The lanes are well lit and the system can raise bumpers for individual players wife beat me by 2 points.  Phone signal was low but that's to be expected in its location.  The venue sports multiple arcade games wich can rival nearby arcades.  TLDR:we had a great time and would have stayed for another game if it wasn't for another engagement.

We had our staff Christmas party here. It was an amazing experience and a great time was had by all. We were particularly impressed with the manager , Donna,  Sarah and Jess who were all so welcoming, friendly and fabulous hosts. Well done for making it a night to remember.

It's such a shame... when we got there both the boys and girls toilets were out of order and the stink from the backed up toilets was overpowering and some of the arcade games were out of order. The actual bowling was fine but had to call staff over a number of times for balls not returning and the pins not being set properly which hampered the overall experience.  The plus was the staff were there to help and prompt to fix issues.  I have been here for many years on and off and feel it's time they injected some money into this place it feels very dated for all the wrong reasons.  The staff can only do so much I feel they need more support.

It has had a makeover in bar and restaurant area looks much smarter. Lanes well maintained but ours still needed the odd pin reset. Great place to meet and have fun even at our abysmal standard with buffers down. Many laughs. Helpful staff. Will go again.

So disappointed. I tried to book online 30/12/22 and 45minutes later the site still no booking.  I had to call and hold for 25mins to make a booking.  I then had to queue for 15 minutes even though I had a booking.  Once I get to lane 26 there are three plates with half eaten chips and 4 glasses that I had to tidy up myself.  Three people behind the bar with only one person serving customers.  All in all the service was shocking. This could be a great place if it wasn’t tan by lazy teenagers!

What a wonderful surprise to find this bowling complex. We found the staff so friendly and helpful and the grandchildren loved getting a sticker for a strike. As we had ages 4 - 78 it was a fantastic to have the bowling frame so we could all join in the fun. The food and drinks were very good and the kids got a balloon, we shall definitely be back.

Food took ages to come out. The lane was 30 minutes late to open for our turn even though we booked. The bumper didn't work for my son so had to manually lift them each time he played. When raised with staff was told that's just the way it is and nothing we can do. No apology or anything. The lane next to us also had issues. First time we've taken our son here and probably the last. Chichester much better!

Was made very welcome on my visit. Also some of our party had to cancel, due to illness. The manage gave us an extra game each which was very nice of him.

I went here with my children a couple weeks back. Staff were really welcoming and friendly. There was specially a man with an Italian accent something beginning with an A! Great atmosphere!

One skittle kept falling over by itself the floors and handrail on staircase were sticky eugh....Guess weekends are busy but it was very noisy.... We had a good time though!
