Arrived late and owner was very helpful, bunk house also very clean and tidy, however bunk house was very basic with no frills. Take your own tea coffee etc. Slept well 1st night with comfy bed but on second night large group of people going to st. Kilda at 6am. Lots of shouting and door banging.

Stayed there with my girlfriend last year. Owner very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, copfy and pleanty of fascilities for cooking etc........very good burger bus at the ferry terminal if you don't fancy cooking breakfast. Highly recommend and I'll be making plenty of trips back

Absolutely absolutely fantastic. After visiting seven different YH in Scotland this one was a welcome relief. Vibrant colours ,spacious rooms and a rustic look. Did not get to meet the owner, left the money just like the others did in the wooden bowl at the wall stocked kitchen entrance. note ...local bus transport is shut on Sunday.

Fantastic and well worth calling off here ... so lovely a welcome ... well kept ... hope to go back one day; there seems a air of freedom here which you don't get in many places
