I was boarding the train at around 6.45am on the 23rd November. The lady at the help desk was extremely helpful and polite, it was nice and warm inside the station. Train came with no issues.
Rude and exceptionally unprofessional behaviour from the man in the ticket office. Not the first time I am treated badly, and northern themselves emailed to confirm the staff at this ticket office are wrong to not sell plus bus at young person rates. Today I was refused service, made late for work and threatened when asking for the staff members name. Clearly others have had issues here as well. Not sure what their problem is with passengers.
This has to be the most disgusting train station I have ever been to. The walls are covered in mould, and the boys' bathroom is covered in wee do not use this train station but use Roby instead.
