Although we didn't buy our house through CJhole, I wanted to to comment on the good service from Matthew.  He showed us round some properties and we I also seen him in your branch a couple of times.  He was always so friendly, helpful, patient and professional.  He has vision about properties and can show off the features and benefits, but without being pushy.  He was attentive to what we were looking for, and came up with some choices we wouldn’t have thought of.  
Matthew is a real credit to the branch and I would not hesitate to recommend them because of this. Thanks.

Really good service. Some difficulties with buyers pulling out but worked very hard. Stan Pitman did well at keeping me informed. James Dear was great at imparting his knowledge of the market

I’ve just sold my flat through Cjhole Southville and purchased a house from another agent. However I’d like to extend my gratitude to Nicola Bridges at the Southville office.  Nicola was absolutely amazing throughout this process, which was made difficult and stressful due to painfully difficult and unresponsive communication from my own Solicitors. Nicola was a great support, always there to answer any queries I had, she is extremely knowledgeable and professional at all times. The team of sales guys were professional and friendly and this was a stress free process, however I cannot praise sales progression, in particular Nicola enough as there is where the true grit and effort comes during the selling and purchasing process.

I advertised my property through CJ Hole and they were great, did an open day and I got lots of offers within a few days. It was a very easy and enjoyable process. Unfortunately I had problems buying a house. 3 attempts failed, through no fault of my own, got caught up in chains etc and was generally just unlucky. 

Throughout this time, almost 12 months, I liaised with Stan Pitman in the progression department. I don’t think I would be where I am today (about to move to a lovely new home) if it wasn’t for him. He has offered nothing but support and understanding, had kept my buyers on board this whole time (a miracle I would say) and his advice has been invaluable. 

Nothing was ever too much trouble and he always called me back whenever I contacted him, which was a lot! He was always polite, professional and is a real credit to CJ Hole. 

Thank you Stan so much for believing it would happen and for all your help.

I lived over a decade in London and never once had to pay fees even half as high as these jokes.  200 quid or so I accepted as annoying but normal, these guys sting you for well over double that.  What do you get for your money?  Basically nothing.  If the upstairs flat floods your entire living room, expect it to take about 6 months to sort out, with you doing most of the chasing.  If the fire alarm randomly going off in the middle of the night, expect this to happen numerous times over several months before anybody bothers fixing it.  Etc, etc.  After this horrendously expensive registration and dismally appalling service, they then proceed to put the rent up, and tell you if you don't like it, they'll evict you.  Impressive achievement here, they actually make Foxtons look desirable
