Northwood Bristol provided attentive, hassle free letting for 4 years.
My fridge went kaput and was changed speedily, and when inadvertently locked out they came to the rescue.

Northwood Bristol looked after our property for a couple of years on their guaranteed rent service and found the best tenants that you could imagine. After this time the tenants decided to leave so we thought that we would take the opportunity to try and sell the house. The tenants had looked after the house so well that we actually sold it through Northwood at the first viewing! The team here are always so helpful and nothing is too much trouble, as nervous first time Landlords we could have not had a better experience.

I’ve just received my latest inspection report after 4 years of letting my property through Northwood. Throughout the inspections have been regular and shown me how my house is. There’s a couple of things need doing this time which shows me how thorough they are.

Been using Northwood for what seems to be like an eternity, the reason being the great customer service along with regular updates and communication and for the hassle free rental income for my family makes Northwood and its staff fantastic, especially since I'm not even local to the area, keep up the good work guys and thank you from me and my family
