Thankful. The team at accuvision have been absolutely amazing. From the beginning consultation to my 6 week review I have received nothing but kindness and professionalism which I cannot fault. The entire procedure was explained to me thoroughly and the team were able to answer all of my questions. The laser eye surgery was pain-free and straightforward, and my vision had improved within minutes. I cannot recommend them enough!
I had my surgery a month ago after my friend had hers here and was raving about it. Now I have better than 20:20 vision so it was definitely worth it! My prescription was short sighted -1.5 and stigmatism in both eyes. The consultation process was clear and informative, didn’t push you into anything. The procedure was quick, painless and the aftercare has been great. If you are on the fence, definitely get a consultation as it really helped allay my fears. The price was also incredibly reasonable in comparison to others for the same procedure - I definitely recommend.

My family and I have been with William Ayliffe for most of our lives now and he recommended us to use this surgery for laser eye surgery to remove the need for glasses. I was -5.5 in both eyes and under the careful guidance of William and Vic who was my point of contact at the clinic I attended a couple of meeting before and several after the laser eye surgery. They filled me with confidence at every step of the procedure and it’s now been almost a year since the surgery, and I’ve got better than 20:20 vision in both eyes and don’t experience any adverse conditions. My brother also had the same thing done as me at the same time and he’s also very happy with the result also 20:20 vision. I can recommend them whole heartily. Thank you guys!
I had such a great experience at Accuvision, from the pre-assessments to the surgery and then even the after-care. They were all so personable, friendly and made me feel utterly at ease when I was clearly anxious about the surgery. The lovely thing about this clinic is that it has a family feel and they seem to remember the smallest details when you visit, which makes you feel even more comfortable. My surgery was an absolute success as well and it was the best decision I have ever made to get laser. Thank you Accuvision!
I had lazer surgery in 2005 with Optical Express but decided that reading since then had become worse. I'm a computer and electronics technician and found I had to keep switching around two pairs of glasses. One for close work and one for VDU work. It was driving me nuts, as well as having to take my glasses off to see distance. I chose Accuvision because it was only themselves and the London Laser Vision clinic who were willing to take on the task and seeing as Accuvision had the better pricing, I decided to give them a shot. The procedure was painless and quick and all my questions were answered. Cut a long story short I can now read my mobile phone and work on my VDU without glasses. If I need to do really close up work to inspect a tiny serial number on a MacBook then I put on a pair of low powered specs. No more switching between pairs of glasses. My night vision has been effected ever so slightly but that was explained to me at the time and I can live with that. It does take a while for your vision to settle and it will fluctuate over two to three months. Overall I'm happy with the outcome and can say for certain that they know their stuff at Accuvision. Best money I've spent in a while. Will probably go back once I retire if I'm still alive and get them to improve my distance and night vision and live with one pair of spec for reading, but for now I couldn't get it any better.
Great service. Asked for a confirmation letter few years after the surgery it was sent to me within a few hours. Great service. LASIK was one of the best decisions in my life.
The £150 fee for just a consultation is non refundable I don't think this was made very clear. If you don't proceed with the treatment you are still charged... The staff at the Fulham branch were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I wouldn't recommend though as other clinics it's completely free for a consultation so I am disappointed!
A fantastic experience from the first consultation through to post procedure, with all the team playing a part. Delighted with my new vision. Highly recommend.
Edit* it’s been 18 months since my surgery and honestly couldn’t be happier with the results , vision is amazing and eye health is great , zero side affects My prescription was +6 in both eyes .. So a few months back I made some general enquiries about laser eye surgery in the uk and had a consultations at 2 clinics which were not able to perform the correction I needed initially I got the impression that I wouldn’t be a candidate for surgery because of how bad my eye sight was and other complications. Then I visited AccuVission in Fulham and they said that it was possible but to expect a slightly longer recovery and possibly not get perfect 20/20 vision , the consultant and surgeon were honest throughout the whole process and I decided to go ahead , I paid £5000 and it’s been 6 weeks since surgery and I couldn’t be happier with my vision at this point in time with improvements every week , I have been able to read small print since a day after surgery and my long sight ness has gradually improved each week although for the first few weeks it was a pretty terrible , as of now it at around 85% and I’m confident in a few more weeks I’ll be at 100%. I highly recommend AccuVission , not wearing glasses for the first time in 20 years is life changing and all thanks the fantastic team that took care of me
