It's been the best experience I've ever had in choosing & fitting my glasses. Taj & Bob are highly professional and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for an excellent service and a beautiful range of glasses. I cannot recommend this optician highly enough. They have a great selection of fashionable frames and Taj will make sure you look great in them. Bob is the best optometrist I have ever been to in 25 years. He is wonderful at making complex progressive lenses work perfectly. He and Taj deliver the best service in glasses in west London.
Outstanding personal service Huge thanks to Bob for the extremely thorough eye tests when I presented with a frightening condition.....and for fitting me in so promptly He took the time and care to work through all the available tests and for this I'm really thankful as it was very reassuring. I've been coming here for many years now and found the eye tests here and the subsequent prescriptions to be far more accurate than High St opticians. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this caring Optician and will always return without hesitation

Boutique optical with a very cool range of glasses and equally cool owners Bob and Taj. Excellent quality lenses and incredible service from the owners. I bought my first pair of glasses from Taj 4 years ago, a gold pair by SuperFuture, and after a recent eye test from a major chain meant I needed a lens update, I popped in to look at getting a new pair of glasses too and found a beautiful blue and tortoise shell Tom Ford pair. I mentioned that my new prescription looked a bit odd and Bob immediately said he’d check my prescription for me… very very glad that he did because there was a pretty big difference!! Needless to say I’ll be getting my eyes tested here in the future as well as my glasses
The Eye Lounge is my go to place for contact lenses and glasses. I have been going to see Bob for years. Great service and many stylish frames to choose from. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
The service I have received from this optician has been absolutely. Fantastic Bob has gone out of his way to help me with my complicated contact lenses and now hopefully I don't need reading glasses anymore
I have been to a number of ophthalmologists over the years but Bob is much the most thorough and professional, which is why I keep going to him.

Taj spent an absolute age. Fitting my sun glasses that had slipped, for years. They now fit perfectly. And all for £10! She’s also, a total sweetie. Shall be recommending. And returning.
