Great service, friendly and understanding staff at Clearvision. This long established opticians are not pretentious and help you no matter your budget - the best part is they treat everyone the same. They have a fabulous range of frames, and make time to talk with their customers when the time allows.
I have been a customer for the care of my eyes for around 22 years. Testing is always thorough for both contact lenses and prescription glasses. A very large selection of frames and sunglasses to suit all tastes. Attentive service from the staff who are on hand to help you choose a style to suit your face shape. My teenage daughter has also been on Mrs.Kumar's books since the age of 3!
Absolutely brilliant service from the beginning to the end. I was recommended Clearvision after being with Boots optician for several years and having limited frame options My prescription is high as nearly -10 in one eye and I wanted to wear glasses with a large frame. They showed me what would and wouldn't suit me but was pleasantly surprised on how big I could go I trusted their advice and was extremely happy with the results. Yes they where expensive but for my eyes it was worth every penny. I feel confident and that's down to their services. The choices of frames and types of lenses are endless. I was like a kid in a sweet shop.Thankyou so much. A must see opticians to any glasses wearer.

I have been using Clearvision Eye care Boutique Brixton for many many years & they always amaze me the choice of frames on offer. The service they offer is on par with the frames, EXCELLENT ! I cannot recommend them strongly enough.
I have been coming here for years because of the great selection of glasses with good customer care. Very efficient and friendly, They tell you what suits you which I always appreciate, highly recommended.
Extremely polite and welcoming staff, the eye test conducted was very thorough and everything being done was explained throughout. Special mention for Angel, she gave very good and impartial advice on glasses choice. She was very patient and allowed me to look through a range of options. I would highly recommend Thank you !!
I gave trouble. Big trouble. I was very specific with what I wanted. My lenses had to have certain elements. Unfortunately the lenses I required were no longer in production. The alternative was not to my liking so this shop managed to customize my lenses after several attempts to satisfy my demands and demanding I was. At every turn the aim was that I was completely satisfied which in the end i was. This opticians worked hard to achieve that, extremely hard. I am now one satisfied customer with now my 6th pair of Cazal frames from this opticians.
Following my sight test in August it took a month before I received a copy of my prescription, even then it was a scanned copy of a photograph. And this after having to chase them several times by telephone and email!! I was under the impression, it is the customers legal right to be provided with a copy of their prescription. Therefore, this surely should have been provided immediately following my appointment? Inappropriate comments and tactics were used to try and sway my thoughts on purchasing varifocal lenses despite a recommendation from the Optometrist these were not suitable for my needs. There were even suggestions, because my glasses were purchased from another retailer, they were inferior quality and my current frames would not be appropriate to fit replacement lenses I visited the store last weekend and asked to view some frames I'm considering buying. The young lady asked if I knew which frames I wanted to look at and I said yes and made my way to the appropriate rack although she didn't follow me. I viewed the frames for a while and shortly afterwards another customer entered the store and the Assistant proceeded to help him, which I thought was strange seen as I was in the store first, nevertheless I didn't complain as he may have had an appointment. I wanted to show my hubby the frames I liked, I attempted to take some photos, at which point the Assistant states 'photos are not allowed' I explained my position and pointed out the fact that she had chosen to help the other customer instead of me...I was then informed 'viewing frames is by appointment only'. I've been in the store hundreds of times and never been told I need to make an appointment to view frames. But if that is the new policy then perhaps it would have been helpful if this was explained to me upon entering the store? As for not being permitted to take photos of the frames...what a load of toffee! I've done this every single time I've considered buying frames. I've been using this store since 1984 and have always received good customer service and fairly reasonable prices. But recently this has deteriorated; prices are greatly inflated, strongarm tactics to generate a sale and the customer service is quite simply unsatisfactory. Therefore, I will be permanently moving my optical needs to another retailer.
This was my first visit to Clearvision after using a few different high street opticians. The service was both Professional and caring and front of house went out of their way to find the funky style I wanted which best suited me. Thank you M, K and A. You’re an asset to the company.
