I would like to say my experience on 12 October at the Harley Street Clinic was beyond excellent. Optical Express after care service is wonderful - they don't just take your money, they follow up; they're easily contactable and very nice to deal with on the phone and in person. So glad I had my eye op with them. Big thank you for looking after me.
Attended for a laser eye consultation and all the staff were incredibly helpful and informative, you can tell they are all experts and generally want the best outcome for you. My experience was particularly improved by Rakhee who was very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable throughout my consultation. She took the time to explain everything to me clearly and was generally just very kind but professional. I’m looking forward to my surgery!
The customer care at Optical Express has been brilliant. The procedure was quick and easy and within 24 hours I could see as clear as if I was wearing contacts. I’ve been wearing glasses and contacts for 10+ years, so this is always something I have wanted to do, but I was worried about finding the right clinic. I am so glad I chose Optical Express. I had my initial consultation at Eastcheap, the surgery in Harley Street and a check up in Shaftesbury and the staff at all three clinics were lovely, especially Aminah. It’s a big deal to get this done and it’s comforting to know you are in such safe and supportive hands. I would definitely recommend.
I didn’t qualify for LasIK so I had to get LasEK, which is a 3 month recovery. The doctor that did my surgery reassured so much before because I started crying and panicking, when the actual surgery was happening, it was completely fine no pain or discomfort. Recovery for the first 4 days was the hardest part, a lot of side effects. After day 4 I went back in for a check up because my vision was fluctuating quite a lot, it took about 2 weeks for my vision to be at a functional level because things were blurry after the surgery but I could still see, It’s now been a month, and my vision is completely fine, I don’t really get dry eyes anymore, everything’s really clear, definetly a great decision. Throughout the past 4 weeks I’ve called optical express multiple times when I experience any side effects and they’ve always reassured me that everything is fine, and they were clearly right, if you’re someone that skeptical and need reassurance, they will definitely give you that!
I went for Lasik here and the team were amazing from start to finish, I cannot fault them. They made my experience as pleasant as It could be. Thank you so much to the entire team I would highly recommend this life changing procedure!
Had the pleasure of having the help of Lifi Bibi and Segal Patel talk me through my laser eye surgery option and free consultation. Lifi was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable and personable and put me right at ease. She answered all my questions and then some. Same with Segal Patel. I’ve walked away to think about my options and didn’t feel pressured or rushed into any decisions. I feel very informed and confident in the practice and the professionals that work there. If I am to get the surgery, I wouldn’t get it done anywhere else but here. I highly recommend.
The service at Optical Express was extremely good! From being welcomed in , to every step that i had to take before going for my consultation was exceptional! Robert took the me for pre tests / explained briefly the types of laser etc he was a lovely man made me comfortable and not too nervous about the information regarding laser eye surgery! You know when they say someone has good vibes? Robert had that! He was kind and patient i had lashes on so some of the tests took longer but he didn’t mind he made jokes and was happy! I’ve have such a wonderful experience at the clinic. From the start I had a very thorough consultation with Robert who talked me through the whole experience and reassured me about the eye surgery. I was also seen for eye check-ups by a few eye Doctors to ensure my eye was fit for the procedure. I did suffer from dry eyes as a result of using contact lenses for 10 years, and this was solved by using intensive eye drops leading to the surgery. Each visit I had at the Harley street clinic, I felt very welcomed and very comfortable. I Finally had my procedure which went successfully. I have been booked in for eye check ups, so I’m very happy with the aftercare the clinic provides. On the day of the treatment you definitely feel uncomfortable so I spent the rest of the day resting at home to avoid any risks. A day after I feel absolutely fine and can see really well. Thank you so much! It’s a really big deal for me to have had this treatment and will definitely make my life a lot easier, especially with my small daily tasks from the moment I wake up!
If I could give a million stars I would! The receptionist was very helpful and I barely waited a minute to get in my consultation. Beata was whit me in the interview and first part part of the consult, she is highly knowledgeable and clarified all my questions promptly, plus she have a awesome personality, what made the whole process much more enjoyable.The second half of the process was done by Aman who did it in a very professional way and she delivered the good news and explained the LASIK process which is the one I will do. Overall very good experience, very straightforward, plus the clinic was super neat! If anything they deserve a raise xD
I had an amazing consultation today at Optical Express Harley Street. Osa took such good care of me and made sure I felt at home. She was very welcoming, helpful and informative. She definitely made me feel reassured! I also had a great experience with Sejal, she was very detailed and clear. Overall it was a LOVELY experience!
