These really are the best opticians in London. I have been buying glasses varifocal lenses both for every day and sunglasses. The range they stock is honestly incredible. Personally I love the Chrome . They always deliver on time and if I have ever had any issues with a frame they are so helpful in getting them replaced or repaired. But most importantly the optician spotted I had closed angles and sent to a specialist who did a minor op and possibly saved me from getting cataracts in years to come. You really won’t find a better optician with this extensive range of high end frames. 1m% recommended client since 2016.
Bunmi has been amazing during my phone call with him before my visit. Today I made my visit, he has been amazing! He is super helpful and flexible when come to your personal needs and everything. I will recommend him. This place is just behinds Harrods!
Absolutely amazing experience. I am so so happy with my glasses. Perfect vision I have never seen so clearly. Beautiful, unique selection of glasses and such caring, attentive staff who all went the extra mile for me. They waited an hour for me to collect them. Highly recommend

So I just got my new Sunglasses from Arthur Morrice. First ley me say I LOVE them! The prescription is perfect and I got them sent to me in a timely manner. Now I would love to give them five star. They were super nice when I went and it was a great over all experience. That said the reasons I couldn't give them a five. 1. They did not give me a receipt, so when i was looking for their information and read reviews I did worry I was going to be taken. They need to learn follow through. I was told I would get email with everything in it. I have never gotten that email. 2 they said Id get a copy of the prescription. Its disappointing that they didn't send it. Not a deal breaker because I can always take another eye exam here in the US. However to their detriment I was and still am considering ordering another pair that I had also tried on. Im apprehensive, because I want to trust that I could get the same prescription and that I could order in good faith even if im not there in person. Im not sure, if I do take the chance I will certainly review that experience. 3 I reached out twice on their wesite and have yet tonget ANY reply. Not even a generic message and thats disappointing. I know they have been around for awhile. But that little bit of lacking in professionalism is an issue. For now though im happy with my purchase. If they ever reach out and send me the email information they had said they would send. Ill be happy yo give them 5 stars. I hope they read this. Im a professional and regardless of weather I spend $2 or $2000 I expect the businesses I interact with know thr basics and will deals with all areas as professional as possible. These simple things protect your business and your customer. I just needed these things to know they were operating in good faith. Here's hoping they see fit to fix these basic things. Otherwise I have no regrets on my purchase.
Amazing service, Dyllese was awesome. My wife's glasses broke on Vacation and she fitted her a new pair in less than 30min out the door. Thank you Dyllese.
This is an amazing place. Firstly, the customer service is excellent I have a complex high prescription and haven't been able to find lenses that could give me clear vision however that's all changed not only did did I get a perfect pair of glasses that meets my visual need but also a very stylish pair that really compliments my style I wish I found them before thank you all at Arthur Morrice
This opticians is the best. Excellent service and such unusual glasses. Highly recommend.
