Accrington is a Victorian market town situated in East Lancashire between Burnley and Blackburn. The Centre itself has 34 retail units within the centre and 15 outside. It serves the surrounding towns of Oswaldtwistle, Church, Clayton-le-Moors, Rishton and Great Harwood and also draws visitors from further afield e.g. Blackburn and Burnley. It has good road communication with both the M65 and M66 close by in addition to having a railway and bus station.
One of the major attractions of the town centre is the large free car park attached to the shopping centre with 580 car park spaces.
