Story

Botany Bay is a unique shopping and leisure experience, housed in a 160 year old cotton mill, just off junction 8 of the M61 in Chorley, Lancashire. We have 5 floors of shopping including beautiful gifts, furniture, fashion and a garden centre. The site is also home to our children's play centre - Puddletown Pirates. The huge onsite car park is free and its free to enter too. With a local produce Food hall, cafe and restaurant, there really is every reason to come and spend a few hours here.

Very nice building, a converted textile mill with lots of original features. Lovely shops and the food hall design is great! Prices were not too bad and I always manage to buy something. Tootsies is great for ice creams and milk shakes, and there are other cafes as well. The lifts are tiny, slow and barley functional... Some wheel chairs may be too big to fit in and mobility scooters might be over the weight limit too. Botany Bay is next to the canal, which is a wonderful setting. This is an amazing asset for Chorley and is always a great day out.

very nice place for both shopping and eating... I have always loved this place since I started visiting and it has only got better. This place is totally awesome now. Excellent ranges of furniture, food, fashion and I also like the 'independent traders' on the third floor. I can't wait for the canal fest this year! The building looks very run down, just needs a wash and repaint. great traditional day out. A must have for all residents of Lancashire.

absolutely love this place. 5 floors of totally different things. the cafe on the ground floor is good for sandwiches and drinks, the cafe on the top floor sells good hot meals. I come here with my boy and can spend a good few hours pottering round each floor. when all the Christmas displays are set up its just magical (defo come up the elevator for that). and the staff are always really helpful.

When raining day good to look around fourth story building as well garden centre. All wired and wonderful stuffs there. Whoever wants unusual things you can find in there. A lot of food shops to eat.

Botany Bay is a large size shopping complex with several floors. Their various departments offer a wide range of goods. You couldn't be disappointed with a visit to Botany Bay. It's free entry with free parking. You can pick up some really unusual gifts starting from as little as £1.99. There are cafes and restaurants offering lunchtime meals. Snacks and drinks. Wonder around at your leisure viewing both modern plus vintage goods. Botany Bay also has a well stocked garden centre. At Christmas time the top floor is beautiful. Set out like a winter wonderland selling Christmas trees. Ornaments and stocking fillers including personalised goods. If you have young children. Visit Botany Bays Puddle town pirates where the kids can have lots of fun. No matter what the weather is doing outside Botany Offers a warm welcome to all
