Love to visit but no where near the shopping experience it used to be. It's mainly clothes now as opposed to the unique shops it used to have. Don't eat in the cafe it's basic food at ludicrous prices most of which they have sold out of well before closing and customer service is poor. The ice cream parlour however is very nice and worth a visit.

This place sells many things. Furniture, clothing, software, bedding, food, plants to mention a few. It is on two levels and there is a lift and stairs. There are several cafes. A place of interest to people who like to sew as there is a large section selling and demonstrating sewing machines. One could spend a whole day there. It also opens late on Thursday. Well worth a visit.

Good selection of gifts, and art stuff in "The Works" outlet. Enjoyed the sausage sandwich in the cafe downstairs near the front entrance. The textiles selection is large, though the fashions seem a little for the older generation and "mother of the bride" stuff. Will hapily come again for a wander. Good thing to do on a rainy afternoon in Ozzy!

Always love visiting here when we are in the North of England, it never disappoints. Great selection of goods and gifts. The food is excellent a lovely place to have a shopping experience

Great place to go shopping if you have an unlimited credit card. It can be expensive in some parts. It's free to get in but parking can be difficult if busy. Great Christmas grotto. Good place to shop especially if your looking for something different
