The Concourse Shopping Centre is a tired concrete creation from the sixties that is desperately in need of a major facelift. Even with it's more up-to-date addition that was so very obviously tacked on to the original, it remains lacklustre and uninspiring but... if you can withstand the draining atmosphere of the place there are some very nice shops, including mainstream traders like Wilkos, Car Phone Warehouse Boots so its not all negative.

Typical 60's architecture. The main shopping place in Skelmersdale. You can get most things here, but no recreational facilities. Know as " The Connie."

Not a lot u can say. Cafe by farm foods does best cup of milky coffee of anywhere

People are friendly and some good shops but the management don't seem to move forward and bring in better shops

Avoid like the plague! They have an external company looking after the car park. The maximum time allowed is now 2 hour's instead of 4, this is ridiculous for a shopping centre. Also, they haven't fitted cameras on all of the exits and are sending tickets out to people. They also fine you for returning to the car park same day. This company are well known for scamming people.
