Just been going downhill shops keep closing almost nothing left in there. Needs more shops and local businesses to get it busy again and to open the top floor again.

This small shopping centre is always kept clean, it has a nice feeling about, just shame about the lack of decent shops. The addition of Costa makes a big change and brings people into the centre. Still a number of closed down stores. Ideal for a quick visit to Wilkinson's, home bargains and Costa.

The shopping Center will be alot better when it gets more shops in like it was years ago It's a shame as there isn't any thing that encourages ppl to come into Nelson I loved it when we had everything in there all on the Balcony too we need some of the larger shops to get ppl shopping here again Instead of going out ov town to places like Blackburn where they av plenty ov lovely shops for Men Women & Children ( rant over !!!!)

It's great to see that our local mall is going from strength to strength after testing period. With new stores opening and footfall increasing it's great to see some of the same friendly people who have worked there for many years still doing a great job. The centre is always very clean something people take for granted but this takes a lot of hard work for such a big place something that I notice so well done to the staff. It's the only place in the local town she can come and park easily for free so relaxed and casual centre I much prefer it to Burnley and Colne.
