Better than I thought it would be. Plenty of parking in a well planned car park. Nice and spacious inside. Lots of mini departments with a wide variety of goods. Even though on my visit there were quite a few people visiting it didn't feel over crowded. I think if you look there are quite a few bargains to be had.

Spent Saturday afternoon here with my mother and enjoyed the shopping experience tremendously! I haven’t visited for decades so was surprised how huge the store is and how well run & organised it is. We visited the café on the 1st floor for a light lunch on arrival and visited again a couple of hours later for a coffee to keep us going! The staff are really helpful & friendly & the store has everything you ever need under one roof. It was a perfect day out for my elderly mother & she was able to buy good value greeting cards, Christmas presents, gifts etc. It’s like a 5star department store but far better! We are already planning our next visit before Christmas & I only wish you would open a branch in the south of England so I could visit more regularly!

Visited many years ago. It's changed so much! It's spacious, light and very well stocked. Loads of parking. The staff were so helpful. A really good range of fashion and shoes. Will explore non-fashion next time. The restaurant was excellent, again the staff were so welcoming. A must

Terrific store! Lots of choice. We visited the cafe for a drink and were tempted by the cakes! Good old fashioned vanilla slices. Yum. The aisles in the shop were wide and bright. Covid-wise it felt very safe. Lots of mask wearers.

Great Shopping day today. Good layout and a huge amount of choice. Love the system in the cafe with the table allocated and a sign to show it is occupied...first time we have been able to choose our food and drinks together knowing our table is waiting for us! Great well done all xx

Great place to go. Large choice of clothes & kitchen department. Finish off with a coffee in B&B's cafe or a meal in Bannister's restaurant or fish & chips in Banny's fish restaurant.

I have managed to get to 67 years old without visiting here. I absolutely hate shopping ! I'm the guy who you see standing outside all the shops while my wife is going up and down every isle....just looking....I must admit it wasn't such a bad experience. Nice quality items on sale. I admit after an hour I sat in the car while my continued shopping. Hey ho....!

Found some very nice clothes here and the prices were very reasonable. The store has plenty of things for the home and a perfume shop where the staff were very helpful and went the extra mile to make our purchase special. Plenty of parking here with easy access to M65.

Have to say absolutely great staff at this place, more than happy to help. Shout out to the girl in trip excellent customer service. The cafe is well OK I guess, toilets smell a bit but seem clean, some decent deals to be had, lots of choice and stock.

Great shopping experience keen prices lots of designer gear and cafes for all budgets.
