We don't simply list your house for sale - we offer several FREE useful services including Pre-Sale Presentation Advice, professional photography as standard, honest market appraisal and access to our "Home Buyers Service". As property consultants we have access to a growing database of buyers looking for all types of property across Glasgow and Lanarkshire. We have created an efficient customer friendly sales system allowing us to quickly advertise property for sale whilst keeping active buyers updated on any new property listings we have. We realise that selling a home can be stressful enough - our sales staff will treat selling your house as carefully as we would selling our own. We aim to contact all sellers on a regular basis including pre-viewings, post-viewing feedback, act quickly on all leads received and pursue a quick and successful sale. Our first time selling was made simple and stress - free because of the hard work & commitment of AB Properties. From my initial meeting with Alex and subsequent dealings with Chrissy, I knew we were in good hands. Excellent communication & advice throughout, conscientious and genuine care & interest in our property and sale. Our house sold promptly within a few weeks and the viewings were all dealt with very professionally. We were delighted with the marketing and the sale price we received. Great company ran by honest & decent people. Would not hesitate to recommend to others and would definitely use again.

A B Property helped us to sell our rental flat and we could not recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, they scheduled viewings,  promptly followed up for feedback and kept us up-to-date on every other aspect. Their understanding of the market, likely sale prices and how to get the most from our property sale was first class. 

Excellent service all round, will definitely use again in future.

I would highly recommend Alex and the team at AB Property Consultants. Their proactive and professional approach was refreshing. Being a smaller, independent estate agency means that Alex is directly involved in every transaction and passionately cares about his business and their clients. Our most recent dealing with AB Property Consultants was for a the sale of an upper cottage flat in a '4-in-a-block' in Glasgow. The property was of non-traditional construction - the knowledge and expertise of Alex and the team was invaluable and ensured the property sold quickly for the best possible price. 
I would not hesitate to recommend AB Property Consultants to anyone looking to buy or sell their next property.

Highly recommend AB Property Consultants!! From start to finish, the service was impeccable and I must make a special mention to Chrissy & Alex who kept us informed through the whole sales process.  These guys are a credit to the business and really take the stress out of selling your home.  The advise they give at every point in the journey was top notch and always made themselves available to us regardless of how busy they were.  We can't thank the team enough for all they did for us, including putting us in touch with other services / organisations who helped us immensely along the way.  Best decision we ever made and will be thankful for making the process as stress free as possible! Thanks guys.

I was referred to AB consultants by a friend who had used the company before and I’m glad I did. Alex and his team are dedicated to what they do 24/7 and are among the hardest workers I’ve seen. Selling and buying is one of the most stressful things someone can do, having years of experience of customer service I can say that all the stress is taken out of it. I was contacted and updated regularly, the presentation of my house was amazing, owing to their investment in upgrading their photography skill set and great advice. It’s clear that you are valued as a customer and forming a close working relationship is something that isn’t available with an online company.
