Absolutely fantastic experience with this jewellers. Shopping for my first watch was an absolute pleasure. Offered drinks when we walked in and a lovely champagne when sat down for my appointment. All the staff were amazing and very welcoming. Special thank you to Jason who was with me for my appointment. Would highly recommend this jewellers and would definitely go again.

I am absolutely delighted and in reverence  to the incredible skill of the craftsman who has fitted two missing pieces of ruby at the side of my ring. The ring was returned to me by the courier, free of charge, all shiny and looking simply grand. Excellent help from Megan at Rudell Harborne today. Proper help not hard sell. Information and effort. Very good. Feels so much better than dealing with a national brand. The windows in harborne have provided so much pleasure in trips to harborne over many years!

We have recently purchased a ladies Patek Phillip watch with the expert help of Gina Feng As usual Gina was very helpful and her knowledge of the product is second to none. She has a way of explaining what you are buying but never puts pressure on you, she just makes the whole experience wonderful and nothing is too much trouble. All of the staff are friendly and helpful and I don’t think we will ever want to use another jeweller Carol and Stephen Hill

Excellent service from Pete. I ordered a watch from them recently, but I didn't realise the watch came in various sizes of the dial.  Unfortunately, although the watch was amazing, I wanted the larger face.  I was so upset with myself for not being thorough. I rang Pete immediately and he was so understanding.  I returned the watch and was refunded almost immediately. Top class service. Thank you Pete for helping me, it was very much appreciated. You're a credit to the shop. Buying a special gift for someone should be about the experience as well as the gift itself. At Rudell we got a priceless experience which I / we are thankful for. A special mention to Lee in particular who was brilliant throughout - professional, knowledgeable, thoughtful, kind and a great guy all round. We have used Rudell a couple of times overs the years and they do not disappoint and from our experience highly recommended.

I have been a Rudells customer for almost 50 years, and cannot speak too highly of their professionalism, friendliness and dedication to service. I recently purchased a new ring from them and after a few days decided to ask for a slight alteration to it. This was achieved with minimum fuss and typical helpfulness from Jason, the store manager, and I am delighted with the result as usual.

Purchased a Grand Seiko today from Jason who was incredible as always. Both myself and my wife have been served by Jason in the past and it’s always a fantastic and bespoke experience. His knowledge is second to none and genuinely seems to have an instinct to what items to show you . I wouldn’t consider purchasing a high-end watch or piece of jewellery from anywhere other than Jason at Rudell’s after years of being happy customers .

We ordered a Mova globe at the prescribed price which included interest free credit and free postage which we thought was a great deal. The globe arrived within two days, very well packed and worked well.
