Lovely friendly staff, always polite and make you feel welcome. Very smartly dressed and polite doorman. Visited the store many times and would recommend them to anyone.

My watch went in for repair on the cusp of lockdown which was unfortunate but Richard kept me updated throughout. Even when there was nothing really to say, he emailed to give me possible dates and how things may wellbe progressing. Top service through difficult times!
