My call was answered immediately and politely and within 10 mins the taxi arrived and the driver was very courteous and polite. The driver had a clean mask on for my benefit and his. Particularly as I was wheezing due to my asthma. The taxi was clean and comfortable. No problems whatsoever with the whole experience. I would recommend this company to family and friends wholeheartedly. Nice to be able to get help and support without any hassles specially in today’s world.
Just don't agree you take two fees out account that remains for over a week on bank statement. Once trip's taken should clear the cancellation fee off. Apart from that service good. I have been a loyal customer used your taxis since you started. Thankyou
I have used A2B taxi service many times, always had good experience and found more cheaper and faster than other taxi providers. Highly recommended if you want comfortable and faster Taxi service in Birmingham/Solihull area.
Poor service and over charging. Phoned for a taxi on new years eve at 9 o'clock-ish, taxi arrived but parked at the wrong address around the corner, eventually found him and then he drove off as I approached. Phoned the office for a replacement who charged me £41.50. For the return trip after midnight at 12.30 I used TC Cars who only charged me £18 for comparison. Use TC Cars instead, never a problem and better pricing.
Drivers were friendly, helpful and professional, however the female operator on 6th April was awfully rude, cancelled our taxi without notifying us and hung up when we called back to ask why our taxi was now 30 minutes late. She let her male colleague cover and apologise for her when we called back, I won't use A2B again.
A Táxi service booked for 07:10 am, the driver turned up 6 minutes earlier, provided courteous service and a comfortable ride! I definitely recommend the service.
Was told by a friend that they kept refusing to pick him up because he was black. I forgot about it and used them last week. The guy as soon as he saw me said head office rang and I had to pay him up front, he didn't know the price so I'd have to give him £20 and he'd give me back whatever change was left over when I got out. which was obviously a lie. I don't tolerate racism or that level of unproffessionalism so will never use them again.
Arrived on time. Had to take a longer route due to traffic but driver was excellent. Great service
Used this service for my elderly father-in-law. Excellent service and would highly recommend. You even get a courtesy call and text. Will definitely use again.
Great service as usual, quick to arrive, always polite and reasonably priced, very reliable and they don't cancel on you last minute.
