Taxi driver was great, but switchboard a disgrace, I booked, they didn't know I booked, then said because you booked you weren't priority for that specific time!!!?? Hence after 4 further calls & 40 mins later, I've missed me train.
The woman on the switch board needs a course in manners ..don't use this place terrible
Turned up on time and was quick service. Only problem is that you don't get a text to say the taxi is on route so you have time to get ready before the taxi arrives
Called a taxi very last minute due to not being able to walk to my local station in the ice. Car arrived within 10 mins. Driver friendly & efficient, assuring me I would get to Lancaster station on time. Made it onto the platform with 2 minutes to spare. Thank you! Will use again.
Pre-booked a taxi from this company in advance and informed would be travelling with a disabled woman for an appointment. Firstly the taxi was late meaning we missed our appointment and had to rebook. Secondly as we arrived at the destination the driver pressed a button upon opening our purses to pay, meaning that payment went up 50p extra. Absolute rip odd. So basically we paid for a taxi that was late, got conned, and mised our appointment.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!! Rang at 02.35 for a taxi. This is how the conversation went..... Hi can I order a taxi please from outside nowhere on peddar St as this was the only place open and would be warm as I'm woman on my own. It'll be 40 minute wait as if you're going to wait 40 minutes and hung up!!!! Great customer service...... NOT!!!! Luckily I rang COASTAL who did send me a taxi and yes I did wait and their service was amazing compared to yours.
Car arrived quickly. Driver was polite, helpful and very knowledge about the area. I was meeting a friend, I don't know the area and the driver took me directly to the perfect place to meet. Absolutely brilliant, helped reduce my anxiety. Thank you.
Wouldn't let us book 7 seater in advance, told us we would have to call back closer the time and just hope one is free or have to pay for 2 taxis, another local company booked us a 7 seater right away no problem.
Was told a taxi would arrive in ten minutes. Called after half an hour to check up as we were stood in the freezing cold, stranded and waiting for a taxi. The man on the telephone was extremely rude and told me that they were waiting on cars. I explained we were told it would be ten minutes and that we had waited for a long time in the cold, to which he replied with more rudeness. I asked if a taxi was even coming and he said no. I then began to get upset about the fact I'd have to walk home. The rudeness continued to the extent that he hung up on me when I complained about the fact we were told it would be ten minutes and the fact he was being very rude and nasty about the entire situation. The lack of care and even knowledge was beyond ridiculous. My partner and I began to make the long journey home on foot. He was flagging cars driving past and eventually managed to flag a taxi, to which happened to be the taxi we had booked. This man on the phone had told me there was not a taxi on its way to us, upset me and was extremely rude, when a taxi was in fact on its way. Although almost an hour later than stated. The driver however was lovely. Shame about the customer service. Will not be using again.
I was let down by another taxi firm and needed to get to the train station to catch my train for work. The lady on the phone was extremely helpful, checked to see if a driver was in the area, and then made sure he accepted the job before ending the call. Driver turned up a couple of minutes later and got me to the station on time.
