Absolutely shocking behaviour from this company, I witnessed a driver nearly hit and old man on a zebra crossing, the driver had no hesitation to stop at all. He then got out his vehicle and assaulted the old man until my partner got out the car to help. When we reported this incident to your company you was very rude and told me that the driver was in Manchester which I have evidence otherwise. Not only that but you put the phone down twice when we asked for a manager! Very unprofessional and disgusting behaviour!! Police are involved regarding this incident. Watch out for this dangerous driver.
I use whitesides approx 3 times a week and they are always and I mean always punctual, courteous and not to expensive with today's prices. I'm what's known as a satisfied customer. Thanks.
Pretty good overall. They are usually there at the time they said they will be,and delays are quite rare. A good service at a fair price - Well done Whiteside
Very friendly and honest. My 95 year old mother used them on 28/03/24, leaving her purse and house key in the car. As soon as the driver noticed them, he returned to my mother's address straightaway. A big thank you from me
What an absolutely helpful taxi driver. My dad is disabled, partially deaf and partially sighted. I gave the wrong drop off address, but the taxi driver went out of his way to find where my dad was going. He made sure my dad got in where he was supposed to be and arranged collection for him too. I cannot thank him enough. I wish I knew his name so I could ask for him in the future. Thank you so much.
Called them at 5am on a Saturday and they gave me a good price to Blackpool north and accepted card. The driver was polite and allowed me to sit in Silence.
Always had friendly and efficient service, most journeys comprising travelling between my home and the train station or The Square. Can't ask for more than that. Have been laughing out loud reading some of your responses to the 1* reviews.
Pre- Booked at office for pick up from Blackpool early morning New Years Day . Taxi arrived at time requested. Received phone call to advise me he was at my arranged location.Cabbie was very friendly and journey home pleasant. Will definitely use again when required.
Prompt & efficient. I haven't been to the Fylde for a couple of decades, but used to visit regularly & always used to use Whitesides Taxis. Great to see they are as reliable as ever.
