Honestly if I could give 0 stars after this morning’s experience I would. Pre booked a taxi to get me to the station for a train to London. 25 mins in advance of the train for a 9 min journey. In true 32090 fashion they’re running late so I call them. ‘Yeah it’s gonna be another 15-20 mins’ so I ask why they bother accepting bookings. ‘Yeah well when we accept we don’t know how many cars we’ll have’. THAT SOUNDS LIKE A YOU PROBLEM. Don’t accept bookings if you can’t honour them, and then don’t bother to contact people whose jobs are late or cancelled. No apology for missing my train and a massive work meeting. No gesture of goodwill for a loyal customer. Avoid like the plague
Horrible customer service. I would like this complaint to be taken on board. So at 14.40 on 04.03.24 I called a taxi to get my I'll daughter from Nursery. I have specified a time and date in case anyone cares dealing with it. The lady apparently asked me what was my name while I was trying to tell her where am I going. Then she shouted WHAT IS YOUR NAME??? I said I am sorry I didn't hear, she again shouted I ASKED YOU THREE TIMES. Now I work in the office and EVERYONE was shocked because without a loud speaker they heard how she spoke to me. No problems with the taxi drivers, however no point trying to call a taxi.. never again. Ended up taking a bus. PLEASE AVOID!!!!
Always try to get me a car ASAP & know me by first name terms. I've always felt safe with the drivers & knowing they're db's checked gives relief for the kids using it.
Very rude customer care phone rep. So dismissive and abrupt, wouldn't be patient enough to listen to your request. Leaves you wondering what she is there for or what her job is. 3 times now I've never been able to book a taxi with them, because she wont even listen to you speak. Infact the third call I've ever made on different occasions, she hung up the phone on. So never using this taxi company services.there are so many others in Lancaster which Currently use. I feel pity for the hardworking drivers who work so hard
I had the worst experience in calling for a cab with 32090. Can you imagine a customer rep would be silent, obnoxious, and eventually hang up on you for no reason? If you hate your job so much, why not just quit instead of taking it out on customers?
A rude lady answer the phone number today with no patient and also had a bad attitude.Bad customer rep ever and she hungs up my phone.Her male colleagues is the same attitude like her as well, no wonder why this company had a bad reputation because they got this two type of customer phone receptionist.If you really hate this job then you better quit this job,go find another job as Customer service don't suit you.Don't ever use this taxis service!!!
Only used this company 4 times. Drivers arrive quickly, call handlers are efficient at dealing with bookings. Faz don't know how to spell it is great. Picked us up 2 times and was very chatty. Another driver Tim was great, very entertaining, however we booked to pay by card and he wanted cash. 1 star lost for that. Overall not a bad company and would use again.
Forever grateful to them for sorting out 3 different cabs in three different locations in the middle of the night during Christmas break.
32090 are best.. and faaaaaar better than 848... Good service quick response.. thanks ... Surely using again. Again
Operator was obnoxious and sarcastic from the beginning of the phone call. I am hard of hearing and when I asked him to repeat something he mocked me. I was then told he couldn’t offer me a cab after giving him my information. I was then sent a text saying that my cab would be arriving shortly and when I queried this over text I was phoned by a much more polite staff member who arrange a cab for me in 2 minutes. Will be avoiding at all costs in future.
