I have used 247 cars a couple of times recently and I am very happy with their service. Always arrive in good time, very polite drivers and cars always lovely and clean! This is certainly my new go to company for a taxi
I have been using these for weeks now at least 2x sometimes 3 a week. I have never had an unpleasant driver. Only twice they have arrived late and i have been in conversation with the drive who has explained and apoligised. Im very happy with this company. I have no complaints and would encourage people to choose them for their journeys.
Dropped me at wrong address and way overpriced £2.50 as I got back £2.50 less from different firm. I believe it's not drivers fault could be call center people who didn't catch the accent properly it's happened few times they put one character different in post code. Please look in to this issue train the call centre people who attend the call and make sure double confirm the right postcode if they can't understand please. Otherwise it's a good taxi firm been using over two years
We had a taxi booked for 11:30 yesterday morning to take me and a colleague and our 2 service users with learning disability's for a fun day out at Drayton manor park! The taxi arrived on time and the taxi driver helped us to put the wheel chair in the boot no problems at all. Very pleasant experience! Even asked if we would like a return! We said we would let them know as with our service users they’re very unpredictable and wasn’t sure if we would have to cut our visit short or not so couldn’t give them a pacific time. So the kind taxi man explained that if we call the firm 1 hour before we are due to come back home then it gives them plenty of time to get to us….. So we called them 1hr 30minutes before just to be sure and give them enough time.. at first I got cut off and then called back again and it was all sorted and booked received a txt message saying it has all been booked so at this point we knew it was safe to explain to our service users that the taxi will be here around a certain time and prepared them for it! To then be called 5minutes before the taxi was due to say…. Sorry we don’t cover that area!!! So I questioned them saying Well you bought us here? We’re going back to the same place you collected us from? To then be told sorry no drivers.. even after explaining they we were stranded with 2 very vulnerable upset and confused service users!! I understand that things happen and there may not be any drivers sometimes.. I also understand that if you just don’t want to travel that distance! but to let us know 5 minutes before the taxi was due when we called an hour and a half before hand..! It’s disgusting! And no need for the lies! it could have saved a lot of upset and confusion…I just think this service is very unacceptable!! And the lady on the phone couldn’t have cared any less! Telling us lie after lie.! This will be the last time that we use this company not reliable! not trust worthy! And liars!
Lovely lady booked us a wheelchair accessible taxi for an electric chair to Utilitia Arena. It was great ! Picked up on time, got chair in, was polite. Picked us back up on time and dropped us home. PERFECT. Thank you so much x
Picked me up bang on time at an ungodly hour of the morning for an airport run, then were waiting as I arrived back the following week. My driver, Ninja, was helpful, friendly and an all round great guy. Will always use for my trips going forward. Thanks guys.

I was not happy with the pick up time. Driver was really nice but I booked the car since 14:00 hrs and did not get picked until 20:00 hrs. Company kept saying he was nearby. I called 5 different times. Missed my appointment as well.
Outstanding, literally saved my bacon. Had half an hour from my call to get to Wolverhampton from Willenhall and did it with ten minutes to spare. Great driver and great service, cannot thank you enough.
