Try getting a taxi for a disabled person- no chance!! Customer service was terrible too
I rung for taxi from Poundland in willenhall to gough close Wednesfield, because I didn’t know the postcode to my daughters address he put the phone down, I rung to order taxi again & once again he put phone down on me, down right rude, I ordered ABC taxi he didn’t ask for a postcode, came within 5 mins great service
Pre-booked a taxi with these on new years eve and received a text message 5 minutes before my taxi was due to arrive to say that they had successfully cancelled my taxi. When I tried to call them, it told me at first that the number was not in use, then after several attempts, the number rang but there was no answer to help. Definitely would not recommend. I assume that they will allow you to pre-book with them, but then they pick and choose which journey would benefit them best. Poor service
Taxi driver ID 147 vehicle 1601 was a lovely gentleman made the journey 100xs more comfortable than any other taxi driver I have had. He was polite, friendly and very nice chatty man I gave him a tip for the pleasant journey and he couldn’t be more grateful will definitely be using this company more often :
Never had a bad experience with this company and are always reasonable prices too. Always come fast after calling up and if you do wait a while they apologize but it's very rare your waiting no longer than about 10 minutes if that aha obviously they have this busy periods like new years but they do tell you in advance there is a wait which is really good and the drivers are always friendly and make conversation with you too : never had a problem with this company at all
Arrived but different logo on side confusing cheaper than bilston cars
Picked up a group of seven of us, over charged us and then my bf left his wallet in the car. Rang them back and they said they had gotten in touch with the driver and to which he claimed my there was no wallet. My bf had paid for the taxi with his wallet so they was obviously lying. Absolutely disgraceful.
Great service to and from our destination. On time and prices competitive. Driver George was friendly and helpful. Deffinatly recommend and always use. Thank you.
Was called to say cab was outside... it wasnt. I called them. They said 2 minutes. 20 mins later still no cab. I called again and they tried to book me a new one. I said i want the one i booked in the first place.. he said 5 mins. 25 mins later i had a phone call to say it was here. I was already home by this point because i rang someone else! Useless!
