This morning I used 'Go Carz' and so glad I decided to go with them. A More pleasant experience with a taxi firm would be difficult to come by. Thank you Go Carz. An extremely pleasant and friendly driver would be difficult to come by. A very satisfied customer. Will definitely recommend this product.
I have used this company for donkeys years, never had an issue before .I booked appointment for 6.30am tues morning the previous day ? I phoned this morning at 6.35 am because I couldn't track the vehicle and the controller wasn't very helpful and said they didn't have enough drivers on ? Why is that my fault ? I booked well in advance , I will probably miss my operation this morning ? They couldn't care less. Not very good service ,what's the point in booking in advance
Absolutely shocking was late 28 minutes after pre booking the service 2 days before. For the man on the base his attitude is by far the worst I have ever experienced in 30 years of having taxis if I was even considering booking a taxi I would stay well away from this company no apologies no nothing just rudeness. Not a GWG nothing after pre payment also the customer service is as bad. Had to give 1 star due to not allowing me give none that’s how poor the company is. I’m sure I will get an automated reply as like all the last 20 reviews.Wished I would of read before booking.
Ordered a taxi to be paid by cash. When driver arrived I explained I would have to go into the house to get cash. Driver refused, saying it had to be up front. Asked him to call base. He called base and he said that passenger doesn't want to pay... idiot jobsworth. Being getting taxis with the company for about a decade
Bleh! I had the pleasure....nah the torture of using gocartz today, I'll give the driver credit he was 10 mins early, but FOR GOD SAKE BY SOME BLOODY DEODORANT! omg he stunk to high heaven, so much so I got him to drop me off before my drop off address and I walked the rest of the trip..... I feel sorry for the passenger who was next. Sadly had to use these as my car was off the road. I run a Private hire company myself and I would NEVER let a driver who smelt that bad come to work.... Utterly disgusting and in this day and age not on
Operators kept giving false times of taxis coming, 45 minutes later I cancelled. Kept saying 5 mins, Just be honest , don’t give false times, you’ll do a lot better . So in the end I cancelled. Won’t bother again.
Absolutely appalling service. Very shocking. I booked my taxi on the morning for the evening to get me into work, and half hour later they hadn't even found a driver and I phoned the number and the lady was very rude to me, shocking, she said my taxi was 6 miles away and said it don't matter when I booked it. I cancelled the taxi and will never use these again. Don't book if you want a reliable taxi service.
Awful service pre booked a taxi for 8 in the morning, come half 8 I am still waiting and been informed no drivers want to go to my destination. What's the point in pre booking? Wouldn't of been informed this if I hadn't of rang the base to find out where my driver is! Won't use Go Cars ever again!
Have used this company on many occasions.. Today booked taxi for 14.45. Two pickups in Wombourne to go to Wombourne Cricket Club. Got text about 14.50 to say very busy in Wombourne would be there ASAP. Cancelled after 1 hour spoilt afternoon very disappointed. Should not take booking if they can't ant deliver.
If I could give zero stars I would. Definitely DO NOT recommend this taxi service. What is the point in having a prebooking service when they don't turn up?! Pre-booked for 7.30am, 7.40 taxi still not turned up. Rang, said they were "round the corner" 15 mins later, no taxi still, so rang again, now another 8 mins. Then it changed to another 30 mins. Full of lame poor excuses each time I called. Should have read the previous reviews beforehand, maybe I wouldn't have been so surprised at how shocking their service is. If you need to be somewhere which I'm presuming that's the whole intention of using a taxi you'd get more chance of getting there on a unicorn than having NO-GO cars turning up.
