Unlike the other reviews I have seen my taxi tends to be punctual - I prebook when heading to the office, once every fortnight. The main problem is the main guy who comes 9/10 times is TOO punctual and never shows up on the time I requested, but always 10 minutes early. Leading to have to rush to get ready on time and getting to my destination way too early. It's super annoying. What's worse is some drivers do show up when asked and not before, so simply setting the pick up time 10 minutes later doesn't work - if the driver changes I would now be too late.
My driver was early, and he explained the different methods of payment to me. I would have used the payment by card but I felt that a few minutes before my ride was too late for comfort. Nice driver. Thank you.
Return Taxi booked and paid for in advance may I add, pick-up was booked for 2330hrs with the same driver, same driver knowing we had a child on board, booked from a restaurant again driver being aware of this, at 2345 called to ask for an update due to the automated system telling us our taxi was six minutes away, this six minutes didn’t come down within fifteen minutes of constant calling, base staff hang up when questions raised about the whereabouts of the driver; then finally a text came through with the drivers number; spoke to the driver who explains that he was not even in the area, left standing outside in the freezing cold for 35 minutes with a child, gets into the car, no apology in fact not even an hello, very rude man, when he was challenged about being late, no apology and the additional costs for two drops off he pulled over contacted the base for him to be advised to get them out the cab, with an 8 yr old child 11 miles away from home absolute disgrace, quick to take your hard early £70 quid cash and sadly I’ve used you many a time but this will be the last
We always use this taxi service drivers are always friendly and always get texts to say when they have arrived or a telephone call. Really like how u can put ur payment details on the booking on line and then it gets taken at the end of your journey, really easy.

Very bad service. Pre booked a taxi but didn't came.called the base they keep on saying will be there in 2 mins.waited for 20mins. Very disappointed

Airport taxi for family of 6 came 10mins early so we could load luggage and leave on time. Taxi was clean and driver was very courtesy. I have used them before in 2019 and they were my first choice again because of the excellent service..
