Normally a fair price but I was taken not even 2 miles and charged almost £7 told it was the meter price when earlier I had gone 9 miles and paid 9 pound with an alternative company on I thought I was an easy target .. disgusted tbf we are all struggling atm but makes it worse when your local taxi rank charges you £7 to go round the corner. The worst taxi ever. Booked taxi, got messae that my taxi has been dispatched, after 20 minutes i called them asking where is my taxi, they said I need to understand is busy and in 1-2 mins my taxi will be with me. Okay, fair enough. Then I got a message that taxi has arrived, I've been looking around and there was no taxi. Booked uber instead and while I was already on my way, the yellow taxi called and said he arrived. I mean really? It was 50 mins after I booked the taxi. Had to go to get my son to school. Couldn't wait 50 bloody minutes. They called me 15:40 I booked this taxi 14:49 that arrived, when my son's school finished 15:15. Bloody joke. Anyway today I tried to book a taxi from them, and found out I'm banned it's bloody radiciulous.
The best taxi service in the Midlands by a long shot, other taxi services in the area of Friar Park have forgotten about the loyalty their customers have shown over the years and are now charging extortionate rates. Shame on them.

The worst taxi service on earth....I ordered a taxi they said 10 minutes... 20 minutes later still no taxi..I phoned them back and the operator was soo rude.. I asked where is my raxi 20 minutes later and he said there is no taxi they are all busy and hung up on me so why the hell they didn't let me know before??? And than I had to call an other taxi service which obviously took 5 minutes to come out... 247 taxi service much better and quicker than this taxi service called think.....

Had a taxi lastnight and came very quick, car was immaculate and driver was very polite and proffessional. Will deffinately use them again.
car that took us to the airport was filthy inside and they failed to turn up a week later for return journey, we ended up have to pay a hackney cab. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY very unreliable firm.
Don’t waste your money rude office girl the taxis are dirty and the drivers are rude would NEVER youse this company again
