One of the call operators were disgustingly rude when I had asked to book a taxi. The previous day a taxi driver decided to drive over speed limit and quite violently as making awkward conversation seeing as we were girls of a young age. Appalling service and do not recommend wasting your money.

Unreliable service ordered taxi for 4:50pm did not arrive until 5:20pm because clear instructions were not given to the driver. The driver apparently went to the drop off point!! Not my fault staff need to be educated on how to give clear instructions. All I was getting from the operator was that "the driver is a couple of mins away" well love that's more then a couple of minutes. I was told by a friend to use this firm as they are much more reliable then their competitors however I will have to disagree. They have lost good business this week as I did need to use this firm for the next 2 weeks. Their loss their competitors gain. Also when I cancelled the rest of my bookings it didn't really matter. That says it all!!

Awful service ...Meter starts at £3.00 yet this driver no 79 starts the meter BEFORE I GOT IN at-£3.40 ..After challenging him on this he said he charging extra as he went to wrong location to pick me up before he got to me. I refused to pay over the odds . He dropped me home but demanded another 20p which i refused..IN THE END I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE AS HE WAS GETTING VIOLENT AND THREATENING...THE BASE DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING..DISGUSTING COMPANY AND DRIVER

Absolutely disgusting customer services. Had a pick up booked from the airport. I have never encountered such a vile taxi driver. No communication on were we were going to be picked up and after an argument on the phone and being called a liar to our face we finally got picked up I will never use this company again. Disgusting treatment.

Used these taxis for many years. The latest batch of drivers don't seem to know the areas very well. In most cases you end up directing them. They have some really nice drivers but from my experience they are all looking for a better company to work for. The owner of the taxi rank needs to sort a few things out or the bigger online people will drive him out of business. It's a shame
