Waited half an hour. The taxi didn't arrive. Called them back. The answer was that the driver had not seen me while passing. No phone call, no apology. Could wait there forever. The lady answering the phone was very rude. I had very unpleasant experience.

I wouldn't even give it one star. Asked for a taxi, not there on time. Rang them twice to be told that driver will be there any minute. Lady on the phone is rude, if you are not customer orientated then you are in wrong proffession. Not using them again. Avoid them.

My journey was cheap only £7 for about 5 miles, taxi was a bit late. but well worth it. Good deal. Good service.

5 pound for a trip that should have only cost 3.50 at most, very bad taxi company, lucky seven taxi came to the rescue with a fair price
