Definitely worth going to see! A crowd of hundreds, took minutes to get inside and it dispersed so quickly we were never in a throng at all once we got inside, very well managed. The tour was great, and the tanks converted from the old stone tunnels were very interesting! The number of views of the main shark tank with the Easter Island Head is very clever, seeing it from every possible angle. The Amazon rainforest was an unexpected surprise and the penguin enclosure was great. Definitely would recommend buying the anytime express ticket to visit at your leisure rather than being tied to a time slot, just make sure you get a ticket of some sort as this is definitely a trip highlight.

Wheelchair and stroller/buggy friendly. Really wide range of sea species. Jellyfish, Octopus, Penguins just to name a few. Buying tickets for multiple attractions works out well if you have the time. £25 is general ticket price without promotion. The whale skeleton tunnel is a neat touch. Couple different types of sharks can be found as well on all floors. The closest tube stop is Waterloo. Pick the time of day to go to avoid massive crowds.

Amazing place... my daughter and i absolutely loved it. Its not cheap but it is stunning. Simply so many different creatures. The turtles were the outstanding favourites and the sharks. Very interactive for the children and adults. You should consider booking as the queues can get very very very long.. not good on a hot day. Absolutely worth a visit

Great for all ages. I have been with many different children aged between 1-15 and all have had a brilliant time and enjoyed themselves. Is obviously busier during half terms, which sometimes means you are given a time to enter and cannot just enter straight away- last time we had to wait about half an hour or so, but just went to one of the many nearby places to eat and got something while we waited. The staff here are all lovely and once even sang happy birthday to one of the children which was a lovely extra touch. Some of it is sad though, I hate seeing the penguins walking on the plastic painted white to pretend to be snow, and the sharks just swimming round and round in a circle :( but the kids love it, so we go.

We enjoyed the aquarium, though agree with other reviews on the price. I imagine if you have kids and stay a bit longer it may be more value for your money. We enjoyed the large shark viewing tank and absolutely loved the penguin exhibit! The location is prime, just across the bridge from the Westminster underground station and apparently there is a discount ticket if you are doing the London eye and a few other places, be sure to check that out. We love seeing aquariums in other countries!!
