Nice restaurant with Italian food options. Not classic Italian food, as there are variants on the dishes. Only downside was them being out on the two dessert items I liked. Staff were polite and friendly. There are toilets on the premises, and limited on road parking which is free after 6pm.
As Italian restaurants go, i’d say this was up there with the best. We were a party of six and everyone was happy with their meals. Service was reasonably quick and friendly. Drinks were a bit overpriced but i guess that’s because it was all bottled beer, no draught.
Hygiene: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Food: We ordered 2 pizzas chicken&fiery roquito and primavera, doesnt taste great, bit on the expensive side. Some people might even dislike it. We ordered the rigatoni pesto rosso, lacks taste and flavour, cant feel the impact of the sauce on the pasta. We also ordered fries -> very abysmal portion. Some typical italian dishes are missing such as alfredo or quattro fromage are missing. Basically there’s a lack of diversity when it comes to the menu. Tl;dr: would not recommend unfortunately.
Overpriced drinks, nice experience,, really enjoyed the garlic bread starter. Great, friendly staff, but that's the best value part of it. Toilets require attention.
We had a lovely dinner at Zizzi. Both main courses Crab & Ricotta Cannelloni and Rigatoni Della Casa was nicely cooked we couldn't fault it.Also dessserts were lovely.
Fantastic meal, friendly staff. Ordering via the QR code is so fast, simple and easy. The food was delicious, we had a warm welcome from the staff. Thank you Zizzi Stratford Upon Avon we will be returning !
We specifically booked there to have salmon only to be informed after we'd received our drinks that there was no salmon. Surely we had a tight to know what was not available when we booked??! I ordered lamb pasta but had difficulty finding the lamb... The service was great as was the ambience of the place. I wish I didn't have anything negative to say about the place.
Great food and a great atmosphere. Pizzas were tasty and service was quick, helpful and extremely pleasant. The lady who served but who also appeared to manage the other waiters/waitresses was really lovely. Genuine service with a smile and keen to help.
Absolutely smashing lunch with my Mum and sisters. Food was amazing I’ve never dined at Zizzi and our server was absolutely lovely. We had a great family time together! Only thing is toilets could do with a heater! Otherwise we could not fault our experience!
It's ok is the best I could say. Positives food was good, staff helpful, and we enjoyed ourselves. Kitchen looked clean from what we could see. The negatives: a large amount of what we wanted wasn't available on a Sunday lunchtime, the things that we ordered had been had bits missing no potatoes for the pork, no popping candy for the kids ice cream, water coming through the ceiling by the disabled toilet, and the gents urinal leaking over the floor. It could be great, but head office definitely need to invest in the building and look at the stock levels/delivery schedules. I'd get being out early on in the week but to be out of a fair number of things on a Sunday lunch isn't good.
