Great Zara! Its really big offering nearly everything you would find online, it also has a men’s and children’s section. It doesn’t have a home section. The only negative is I feel the staff are not the most friendly and the till service is very slow.

Great Zara, plenty of choice. It has a lot which I love it, but the negative things are the customer service is not the most helpful, they don't care much and the slow and long queues to pay

Long queue but good layout re covid precautions
The staff are always helpful, I can see they have full hands of clothes but any time I need help they smiley find me the item. Ladies manager are very friendly always dressed up nice and polite. I love the clothes there always different peace’s every time I come:
Love zara, but less counters for big queue
The checkout queues were way too long ,only 2 till people although there was acctually more till not being used, nearly walked out without puchasing
