The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in coast west quay. tues 15 May approx 12.30 Wish I’d have asked for her name! But just wanted to leave... I was explaining to this member of staff that I had ordered a dress from another coast store but unfortunately when unwrapping the garment I noticed it had make up on. I simply wanted a refund. A refund was given but I was made to feel so uncomfortable. The young girl spoke sternly abrupt and loud the entire time and made me feel inadequate. I am totally disappointed with this store.
