I love this shop. Mainly because of the accessories. They are stylish and have different colour scemes of similar products. I love the artwork that is distplayed in the store. It gives you ideas of what you could have in your home to make it more comfortable and homely. The staff are also  polite and helpful.

I really like this Shop. Very nice collection of clothes & good quality. Normally the staff are very polite & lovely too. But today in the Southampton shop there was a Very Rude young girl at the till after serving me she immediately left the till and gone. I wanted  to buy something else, so her colleague had to go and find her, and it took her a long to come back. I'm not sure if I want to go there again!!!

Unhelpful and illogical every step of the way.  Went into shop to buy a lamp table i'd seen online, but while in store a rug on display caught my eye. Tried to ask price of the rug on the first floor of the shop. Was told by first floor shop assistant that she was too busy but I should ask the assistant on the ground floor. Couldn't see what she was so busy she couldn't just look at a rug but, fine. Went downstairs and asked "how much is rug upstairs?". She gets out a catalogue and asks me to identify which rug it is. "The one upstairs, I don't know it's name, it hasn't got a label on it"  This continues for 5 minutes and she refuses to let me show her the rug/ go and look at the rug herself as she cannot leave me unattended downstairs. Pretty insulting actually. In the end i gave up on the sodding rug and just proceeded to purchase the lamp table.  Then told that delivery this is in January can't be until middle of April! And then months later when I'd almost forgotten about the bloody thing, get assigned a delivery date in the middle of the working week. I ring up to try and rearrange to the following day when I am not at work but get told that can't be done I have to cancel and go back on the waiting list. It is now mid April and I have finally arranged booking for the second week of May!  Nice furniture. Shame about everything else. Not worth the hassle!

Have tried to telephone regarding wallpaper I had seen in the shop last week,  I was unable to speak to anyone in store at the time as the one and only member of staff on that floor was with a customer. I waited, but there was no eye contact, no recognition that I was waiting so I decided I would telephone. No chance, the line is cut off with an apology that they are too busy. Something very dysfunctional about this store.

I went in today to get a few bits and some fabric before it closes for good.  Staff are brilliant as ever. There are some lovely items to buy before it finally closes.

One of the biggest Laura Ashley's I've been to, loads of stuff. Its not really my style, a bit to girly, but a few nice things. Its expensive for what it is...
