What a fantastic young lady Beth is!!! If I could score her ten I would! I have been looking at a few flats and popped into the worthing branch and saw Beth. A very friendly lady who listened to what I needed and selected a property for me based on what I told her. The appointment was booked however i had to cancel. This is where Beth stood out. When I rang her and explained why I had to cancel she wasn’t off or funny, she was very understanding and showed great empathy towards me. She stayed upbeat for the whole call and even kept me on record if something else comes up in the future when I will need to move. When I need to rent again my first visit will be straight to see Beth! Over the years of renting properties it feels that if you’re not signing for a flat then they are not interested in you where Beth just wanted to help! A real credit to your company and you should use her for training all new colleagues
