Robert Luff have been brilliant! They helped me let out my flat in Worthing for years, and were so helpful in explaining everything and helping me with any issues that arose. When I sold my flat with them, the lettings team were still exceptionally helpful in getting everything sorted and assisting with my last tenant. All the staff here are polite and efficient. I feel like they all really know what they are doing and offer great advice from knowledge and experience. My stand out staff member was Susan Lee, who looked after me through my sales progression. She was absolutely on top of Everything and always knew what was going on, gave brilliant advice and helped me all the way through the sale. She kept my sanity and stress levels in check, I can't thank her enough!

We decided to go through Robert Luff to sell our Flat and we have not been disappointed! They have been extremely helpful throughout the entire process and are always at hand to answer any questions you may have.  Phil from the Hove Branch was excellent with putting our Flat up for sale and organising the viewings, along with some great advice throughout the process. He gave us multiple options on price points to help with our needs.  They created an amazing advert online and also provided a great photographer who took a wide range of photos of our Flat to advertise online.  Our exchange was down to the wire and Jade was constantly on the case chasing the end client and solicitors to ensure everything went through, which it did at the very last minute! She was also on on hand to assist with the exchange on her Birthday, that's dedication!  Would highly recommend Robert Luff to anyone thinking about selling their property, great service and amazing staff!

I really, truly cannot praise the staff at Robert Luff enough. We did not have the easiest journey, selling our property and buying our new home, with lots of unexpected hurdles. However, every member of the Robert Luff team kept a cool and positive head, and got us through the process. I have to say a special thank you to Sue, she very much went above and beyond for us. My case was handled by Jade Clapham and as a first time buyer perhaps I don't have the greatest frame of reference, but she was absolutely fantastic! Amazingly devoted and kept me laughing through the whole thing which was definitely needed - we had some delays from the seller's solicitors which was completely outside our control but Jade kept positive throughout. She really went the extra mile for us with daily check-ins leading up to exchange to make sure we were all on track.  I'd definitely recommend Robert Luff for this exciting journey. Harriet

I would definitely use Robert Luff again. The service provided was excellent. A totally supportive team in Hove who guided the sale of our flat. With special thanks to Jade from the progression team who was exceptional in her communication and a driving force to completion.

We had Susan Lee manage our purchase and simply put she is amazing. Through the whole process she was on top of every little detail and nothing was too much trouble. She went totally above and beyond for us. A total asset. I've dealt with Robert Luff a couple of times now and they are outstanding.

We have had a brilliant service from Robert Luffs. We have found Jade Clapham to have gone above and beyond with supporting our brother through a difficult and lengthy process. Without Jade from the Sales Progression Team co ordinating the relevant parties we are convinced the sale for which our brother was dependent on both financially and emotionally would not have completed. We would not have any hesitation in recommending Robert Luffs to others. We think Robert Luffs have found a gem in Jade she is a huge asset to the business.

The whole team at Robert Luff were really professional and gave great advice from the outset. We couldn't have asked for a better sales team. They promoted and sold our house to buyers by really bringing out the best features of our property and made us feel like they were really working on our behalf. The team has very strong communication skills and they always listened too. Both supportive and friendly in such a stressful process. We were given great advice on how to deal with the offers on our property and great awareness of the market. Our brochure looked fantastic and a brilliant photographer with attention to detail, every agent had a copy of our spec when showing our house and were very knowledgeable about our house. Our sales progression assistant Jade was fantastic and kept us fully updated. Her links with the other solicitors and buyers in the chain was invaluable and the whole process would have taken a lot longer without her. Jade is very knowledgable and organised. A lovely lady too.
