From the moment we meet Wes we knew we had found our estate agent! Apart from being knowledgeable and always available Wes and his team are extremely friendly and fun to deal with. Wes sold our house to a perfect family and guided us through the process of selling/purchasing. We really felt looked after and definitely not just another customer. Wes kept  us sane through the stressful time of house moving. We cannot express how happy we are with the service and will recommend Wes and his team any day!!! Use them they are fantastic!!

After purchasing a property from Welch recently I would like to thank them for their outstanding help. Buying your first property can be stressful, especially when you aren't 100% sure of the process, however Wes was always on hand to answer any of our questions from putting in an offer, all the way to completion. There just aren’t enough stars to do Wes justice. He is literally one of the best estate agents I have ever dealt with. His is motivated, friendly and has a ‘straight down the line no BS manner’ which is, honestly, refreshing. This IS the kind of service you want when buying a house!
