From start to finish the team made selling our house so easy. The communication at every step was amazing, always updating me before I asked. I never realised using an online estate agent could be so easy. They organised every aspect of the sale and viewings perfectly and took the stress out of selling. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone, and already have!

House Buy Fast provided me with a valuation for my property, and a very fast and friendly service.  They provided me with sales options that should I sell I shall certainly go through their service.

I spoke to Mario who requested some basic information. There was no pressure which was appreciated.  The gentleman was courteous and promised a further call the folllowing day.  I felt comfortable speaking to Mario which I feel is a bonus.

Attended with my enquiry next day, understanding of the situation I find myself in, discussed clearly what and how the procedure works

I couldn't make the deal work for me in the end, however if anyone is looking to use a quick buying company I would certainly recommend House Buy Fast. I liaised with Chris Lunson who was friendly, efficient and professional, he took time to explain the process to me and was very trustworthy. HBF did make the best offer from the number of companies I contacted and unlike other companies, Chris did not attempt to pressure me into the sale or overload me with information, he only sought to help me through the process and was accepting of my decision in the end. If anyone wishes to use a quick buying company, I would not hesitate to recommend using House Buy Fast.

My initial contact with House Buy Fast was very professional. I was in the USA working and they called me here and I was expecting a call, was more expecting an email, so that was reassuring. Then the guy took the time to explain the process and provided a detailed overview about the company. Although I am based in the USA for the moment the treated me like I was still in the UK and didn't have an issue making followup calls to me to ensure the process went smoothly. Great job guys.

Duncan at House Buy Fast was superb to deal with from start to finish. We were in a very difficult situation where we had to sell our family home as my husband was poorly and we had to do this within two weeks. I can't speak highly enough of this company. Property cash buyers often get a bad press and there are rogue ones out there but not Housebuyfast. From the very first conversation Mario was honest and upfront  about how they operate and I was never mislead nor deceived. I knew exactly what I was agreeing to. If you are prepared to take 80% of market value for a quick sale or have a "problem" property then this company will buy it and pay all legal fees. I wanted a quick sale and agreed a fair price for our flat. All went very smoothly they even organise a home  visit for identity checks so you don't have to send original documents through the post and a survey carried out. In the end, because of change of circumstances,  we didn't complete the sale but I would definitely use this company in preference to an estate agent if I needed a quick sale. The whole process was easy, straightforward and stress free. So much better than using an estate agent. Mario was friendly, professional and courteous at all times and never exerted any pressure, he left it to me to make my own decisions. I liked his straight talking style! Overall an excellent company to do business with.
