A truly wonderful team at the Jacob Steel office in Chapel road Worthing. We originally bought out flat 4 years ago with Jacob Steel, and we didn't hesitate to use them again when it was time to sell. Once again they were professional and extremely hard working. We were kept updated all thorough the process and felt very looked after. Professional, friendly and honest service along with competitive rates within the field also. We would like to mention a particular thanks to Mel, Perry and Luke and all those in this office for all the hard work that went in the sale of our flat. If we should ever decide to sell again they would be our first choice.

The guys at Jacobs Steel were super! Perry's enthusiasm and positivity made my house-hunting so much fun! And then Luke was by my side throughout the sales process with his excellent communication skills - proactively keeping the whole chain informed as we had to jump over quite a few hurdles. Overall a great team to have supporting me. Thank you all!

Top quality service from the whole team, Mel being the engine room of the whole operation, professionalism personified, couple of shaky moments with ‘exchange’ dates being negotiated at the last minute, but the deal got pushed through with all parties happy, one special mention also, to Perry who was the guy we met on our first viewing of the property, this boy is destined for selling greatness!!!! Thanks again Jacobs Steel for delivering a first class buying experience and lovely touch with the welcome pack and flowers!!!! Mark & Jade
