BUNCH OF IDIOTS!!!! My son Rung up yesterday to book a time for 11:15 to view a house down cottenham road in worthing. Got a call at 10am today to say the agent showing us around MIGHT be 5 miniteslate as she has a viewing in LITTLEHAMPTON at 10:45?! He turned up with his partner and 7 yearold daughter at 11:20 11:35 rolls past still nothing, he rung up and had to keep trying for 10 minutes before they final answer to tell him they will find out where the agent is and phone him back which never happened. 10 minutes later the person that was due to view the house AFTER him turned up, with a young child. Another 10 minutes off trying to get hold of the office, he phoned me up to collect him which took me 20 minutes to get to him and STILL no sign of the agent?!?!?! Simply appauling!! I intend on putting a letter through the door later to explain everything to the home owner, seeing as I agreed to pay a years rent up front for my son when he found the house he wanted (which seemed to be this one!) I'm sure he'd love to hear how much money you've just lost him!!

I always use King and Chasemore Worthing for my property sales and purchases. The communication is fantastic, always updating me on viewing feedback and deal with the whole transaction for me. A cut above the rest, I would recommend them time and time again.

I have viewed a few properties in the Worthing area with King and Chasemore over the last few months and have always found the staff very friendly and helpful. I am currently going through the reference stages to rent a property from them as I was very impressed with the marketing of the property as I knew exactly what to expect before I had a viewing, the friendliness and honesty of the staff and the general ease of communication between myself and King and Chasemore. A big thank you to Sarah Cole and all the staff at the Chapel Road, Worthing branch for making this as smooth as possible on hopefully my first move.

Sammy from King and Chasemore Worthing was very helpful when I was looking for a new home. All the staff were polite and efficient, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish.

Emma was absolutely brilliant. A+ communication, very polite, incredibly friendly and was willing to go the extra mile to ensure we could move in ASAP with no fuss at all. Outstanding work ethic, would highly recommend.
