The lettings team communication was pretty non-existent & an extremely poor level of service was offered.

Unfortunately having initially been impressed with the sale on the property once the process started I found the support and consistent information very lacking. I would ask simple direct questions and depending on who I spoke to would get different answers. Continuity is very lacking I had to beg for the official notice that we had accepted an offer so admin was poor. All in all I would not use this estate agent again. I did get terrific support from Jacob Steele at Goring from Jo go to them for sale or buying very professional.

Without a doubt the worst service I have experienced from a letting agency and I’ve been with Leaders. Communication with them is near impossible. Every time we have had to deal with them, they have cocked up—without fail. 

Avoid at all cost.

We have been looking for a property for  a while and found this company to be very helpful polite and professional, highlighting 'Charlie'  as a direct contact and source of helpful information.  Keep up the good work guys.

Thanks to Samantha and the lettings team for a fantastic service. After having my flat on the market with another agent for over a month they managed to find a Tenant within 24 hours. Would highly recommend!
